Users may make deposits using the available payment methods, including bank transfers to BCA, BRI, or Mandiri accounts, as well as digital wallets such as OVO, Dana, and GoPay. For withdrawal requests, the exo123 account name must exactly match the name on the destination bank account or digital wallet. A name mismatch may cause delays or rejection of the withdrawal request. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed — this is to protect the security of your funds.
exo123 is not responsible for processing delays caused by disruptions from payment service providers, banking system maintenance, or other external factors beyond the platform's control. All transactions are final once confirmed by the system, unless verifiable evidence of a technical error exists.
5. Account Suspension and Closure
